More Tour Info
US Tours; A $500 deposit is required to hold your slot and is non-refundable unless I can fill your slot.
Balance is due 90 days prior to departure of the scheduled tour. The entire balance becomes non-refundable at that point.
Tanzania Tour; A $1,500 deposit is required to hold a slot and is non refundable unless I can fill that slot. Balance is due 120 days prior to departure and is non re-fundable.
Full and Half Day Workshops; A $100 deposit is due upon enrolling with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the workshop. Monies are non-refundable after payment has been received.
Roamin’ with Roman LLC will only cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met
and will provide a full refund of the deposit and balance. We will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by the traveler such as airline cancellation fees, travel insurance fees, or other personal expenses associated with getting to the tour but not listed here.
Although the tours are designed to have the smallest number of participants, they are required to have at least three (3). If we do not meet the minimum number of participants, a full refund will be issued. Tanzania requires a minimum of six (6).
What is included?
All transportation costs after departure point, lodging costs, private guide fees or charters, bottled water and snacks, excursions,
and all fees associated with entry into parks or buildings on the tour.
What isn’t included?
Transportation to and from our departure point (airfare), meals, travel and medical insurance, laundry service, personal items including but not limited to; telephone calls, internet connection fees, souvenirs, etc., photography expenses, or alcoholic beverages.
Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle, during group meals, or at other times when in close quarters with other tour members. All efforts will be made to accommodate smokers who wish to share a room, but the group policy is no smoking unless you are away from the group.
Roamin’ with Roman LLC Photo Tours and its employees will make every effort to provide tour participants with the safest and most enjoyable photographic environment. Roamin’ with Roman LLC Photo Tours will not be held liable for events beyond its control, such as but not limited to, problems with connecting travel, baggage loss before, during and after the tour, damage to, loss or theft of photographic equipment and other personal property, careless actions of suppliers of our accommodations, illness from meal suppliers, mechanical problems, weather problems and other acts of God, or other unforeseen actions which were not the act of gross or willful negligence by us. On all tours there is some risk that the participant will encounter, including but not limited to; attack by wild animals, heat or cold related injuries, medical emergencies, falls which result in sprains, cuts and bruises, broken bones, or even death, arising from normal conduct on the tour. By signing up for the tour the participant is responsible for their actions and accepts these and other risks associated with these tours. Every effort will be made to warn the participant of potential danger but we will not be held liable for the actions of the participants on the tour. Each participant must sign this form and return it in order to participate on any tour.
Roamin’ with Roman Photo Tours does not provide travel insurance. We strongly advise that all persons participating in a scheduled Roamin’ with Roman Photo Tour purchase travel insurance from an independent company.
